  • Usage of shower and changing rooms
  • Usage of life jacket
  • Unlimited access to Underwater Observatory Tunnel

What to bring:

  • Sunblock lotion
  • Towel
  • Hat / cap
  • Water shoes
  • Suitable outfit for water sports activities

Boat Transfer-In & Out

  • Choose your transfer-in time: 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, or 12:30 PM
  • Choose your transfer-out time: 11 AM, 2 PM, or 4:30 PM

Reminder

  • All payments must be made directly to JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd. JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any losses incurred from payments made to third parties.
  • Personal care products such as shampoo, bath gel, conditioner, and soap are NOT ALLOWED in our bathrooms. The chemicals in these products can damage the coral reefs and are hazardous to the marine environment.
  • Young children under the age of 8 are only SUITABLE to play at the Children’s Play Pool.
  • Guests must be at least 8 years old to participate in Sea Walking activity.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. Food and beverages may be purchased at Louson Café or from our vending machine.
