Important Reminders

  • All payments must be made directly to JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd. We are not liable for any losses from payments to third parties.
  • Personal care products are NOT ALLOWED in our bathrooms to protect coral reefs and marine life.
  • Children under 10 years: Only suitable for Children's Play Pool.
  • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Guests must be at least 10 years old for Sea Walking activity.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. Food available at Louson Café or vending machines.
